This Shipping Policy outlines order processing, delivery times, shipping fees, free shipping terms, and international shipping guidelines. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Australia, and other major international markets.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $250.
  • For orders below $250, standard shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and size.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination:
  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Europe & Australia: 10–18 business days after dispatch
  • Other International Locations: 12–25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs clearance, weather conditions, logistics delays, or local postal services.

5. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns or exchanges.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:
  • PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries under international sanctions or with severe logistics restrictions

7. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or missing during transit, please contact us immediately at haoxinbusiness@outlook.com with your order number and tracking details.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.
  • For confirmed lost or damaged packages, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.
